I ran across your blog from a Google search of Restout's Pentecost, and wow, what a collection of art you've assembled. Where did you find them all, if you don't mind sharing? I'm putting together a hymnal and a sung grace booklet for my parish, and am having trouble finding good, hi res Catholic art for the covers.

BTW, the other entries are pretty good, too.

Thanks ... Most of these images are ones I searched down through Google images specifically for my rosary page. I honestly forgot where I pulled most of them down.

I found this work online and made it my desktop. While examining Bloch's
painting some time ago, I noticed the figure in the lower right corner -
a darkly hooded individual whose 'face' appears to be bone white - any
comments?
