Are you having an Enshrinement Ceremony done first and then an Enthronement Ceremony?
Are you doing this by yourself or is one of the Sacred Heart Members or a Priest doing your ceremony? Since this was posted in June you might have already had your home enthroned. But if not, my husband is a member of the Lafayette Louisiana chapter of the Men of the Sacred Heart - with approval for the Enthronement of homes by the Bishop and in accord with the Church of Rome. There is a ceremony for those who want to Enthrone their homes without a representative and I would be happy to send you that information or you could contact the National Office in Fairfield Massachusetts.

Actually, it is something our church does after we say a nine day novena. We started it recently but did not finish. After my wife gets over her morning sickness we will likely start the novena over and complete it. The work we chose is a mixture of the Sacred Heart image and the Divine Mercy image, which is interesting because the Divine Mercy image is also one that, for the most part, I like few examples of. I am going to post the image on my blog if I can find it online.

Do you know the artist that painted this and the date it was painted?

I wish I knew more as I have been trying to get a copy of it for quite some time.

I just finished watching a tv special on ewtn entitled St. margaret mary and the sacred heart. There was a beautiful icon of Christ with his left hand on his chest where a flame was in the place of the heart. I searched all over the internet for this icon but could not find it. The film was shot on location at the church of Paray-le-Monial. There was also a beautiful yellow-cast mosaic of St. Margaret Mary with Christ in the chapel. I too was looking for a beautiful image of the Sacred Heart for my home.
